Birthday Card for my Hubby!

Here is a card I made for my DH's birthday! Crumb Cake, Night of  Navy, So Saffron, Chocolate Chip and Confetti White Card stock, with the image from "Forever with You"  colored used Night of Navy and Chocolate Chip markers.  I cut the image out using the Apothecary Accents Framelits, and finished it off with matching brads and ribbon!

Day of Gratitude

I love this stamp set! For this card, I embossed the main image on So Saffron Paper, and then sponged Tangerine Tango and Cajun Craze going from light to dark. Did a little color on color for the Certainly Celery piece and embossed the sentiment for added pizazz. Finished with a jeweled brad and backed with Cajun Craze!

Spooooooky!

Halloween means Orange and Black and Purple and Green! At least to me! The green on this is one of the new InColors, Gumball Green, with Perfect Plum, Basic Black and Pumplin Pie (of course!) The Argyle embossing folder  reminded me of Candy Corn!

Evergreen

From the Holiday Mini! Used Always Artichoke and Confetti White Paper, plus Silver EP, Glassy Glaze EP (for the emboss resist) and Always Artichoke, Early Espresso and Versamark Inks!

Christmas Cards!

These cards are all variations on the "Gold and White" theme I so love for Christmas! All of the main images are embossed with Gold Embossing Powder and backed with Gold paper. The background of the top card (with "Dasher") is just dry embossed using a cuttlebug and SU! folder. The center card  is also dry embossed but gold ink is rolled onto the embossing folder BEFORE embossing. The bottom card takes the process one step further... Before embossing, the folder is rolled with versamark..after embossing, the background is embossed with a mixture of Gold EP and Irridescent Ice EP! Very sparkly!

Gratitude!

We made this card at a recent class. The colors (inks and paper) are More Mustard, Elegant Eggplant and Garden Green. I ran the Mustard background piece partially though the basketweave embossing folder and finished with some ribbon (Wild Wasabi) and a button! Great Thanksgiving Card!

For Fallon's Birthday!

My beautiful granddaughter is having a tie-dye themed party for her 6th birthday! SO, I dragged out the glossy paper, a brayer and a kaleidascope pad of my own making (with So Saffron, Old Olive, Not Quite navy and Really Rust) and used the bouncing brayer technique to make a tie-dyed effect! I hope she likes it!
